Frayser, Tennessee
Located just north of downtown, Frayser offers great variety
in homes. You can find old, stately homes, ranch styles or small bungalows built over a
half century ago.
With its easy access to downtown Memphis, Frayser is home to
many manufacturing plants.
Located near Shelby Forest, Frayser has a more hilly terrain
than the rest of Memphis and is full of large, old trees, giving it added character.
With 10 parks located in the Frayser area, there are plenty
of outdoor pursuits available. Parks include Rodney Baber Park, where you can always find
a softball or baseball game underway in the summer, to Davy Crockett Park, which has one
of Memphis' more difficult golf courses. Firestone Park is another local favorite.
